Overview
The boats are designed and tested in the Garden Route of South Africa with the main testing grounds being the infamous Knysna Heads. Each boat features a full ‘wet deck’ meaning the deck is fully self-draining. The hull is constructed using RAL Pigment and high-quality NPG gelcoats, layered with fiberglass and a built-in aramid/kevlar keel strip and the transom of the boat is strengthened using Coosa board; CoosaBoard is a high-density, closed-cell polyurethane foam, layered with fiberglass.

Each Fusion boat is manufactured with a built in kevlar keel strip. During the construction of the hull, a layer of kevlar is laminated along the keel of the boat, creating an impenetrable and strong keel. Our 89 – 116% offshore buoyancy foam far exceeds the safety requirement of 60% Polyurethane foam.
