Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Blue Lagoon Marine. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns:

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at info@bluelagoonmarine.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for your return in your email.
Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Returns must include all original labels, accessories, and documentation.
  • We cannot accept returns on items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
  • Unless the product is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@bluelagoonmarine.co.uk with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
